Rao Baolian, a master of intangible cultural heritage Paper Cuttings
Rao Baolian is an outstanding Paper Cuttings artist and the inheritor of Paper Cuttings's "intangible cultural heritage" of paper-cut. She was born in January 1974, and her native place is Dapu County, Meizhou, Guangdong Province. She has loved painting since childhood. She is now a painter of Foshan Artists Association Creation Institute, a member of Chancheng District Artists Association, and the secretary general of Paper Cuttings art committee of Foshan Folk Artists Association.
